4Rs promotes or collaborates with training and development within its service areas through direct initiatives, some of which are sponsored by FUNDEC – the Association for Training and Development in Civil Engineering and Architecture. Training opportunities include LiderA courses for advisors, construction waste prevention and management plans (PPGRCD), and decarbonisation preparation.
