The LiderA system is based on the idea of repositioning the environment in construction from a sustainability standpoint, establishing itself as a system for environmental leadership throughout the entire life cycle. The proposed system applies to various development phases of a project’s life cycle: (1) from conception to planning; (2) design; (3) new construction; (4) operation; and (5) rehabilitation or demolition. The current version available is version 4, which can be used for different typologies.
