4Rs, in partnership with IPA, develops environmental management systems such as ISO 14001 and EMAS, along with other sustainability approaches across the entire value chain. 4Rs supports their certification and registration, and guides their implementation, including environmental monitoring—particularly of construction projects—and the most suitable environmental management approaches in industry and services.
Environmental Management Plans
The implementation of environmental measures in construction and other activities, along with their monitoring, definition, and development within the scope of the Environmental Management Plan, adds value and provides important experience in the actions undertaken. Therefore, the company establishes and tracks environmental measures during the construction and operation of projects and carries out all preparatory and development work within the scope of EMS operationalisation and the pursuit of sustainability.

Provided consulting for the development of the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System implementation at the Altis Avenida Hotel in Lisbon. Client: Altis SA (2013 APCER Certified), including support for the environmental monitoring audit of the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System at the same hotel. Client: Altis SA (2014).
